A long and respected history in St. Louis
NCCJSTL carries on a profound tradition of leadership and advocacy started in 1927 by the National Conference of Christians and Jews. NCCJSTL takes up the mantel and the mission of an organization that has been active in the St. Louis community since 1930.

NCCJSTL has a budget that ranges between $500,000 and $750,000 annually.
An outstanding Board of Directors
The NCCJSTL Board of Directors has a diverse membership from across the region. The board conducts basic strategic and operational planning for the organization and is responsible for fund development and financial management.
Competent and highly professional staff
NCCJSTL staff of three full time and additional part-time employees deliver program strategies, research, and public policy advocacy. NCCJSTL works with consulting faculty members and outstanding diversity leaders and human relations trainers to deliver its nationally recognized institutes for adults and high school youth.
Premiere education programming on race and difference
NCCJSTL operates four residential institutes of 6-8 days in duration annually: "Dismantling Racism Classism Institute", Dismantling Racism Institute for Educators, and two Anytown Youth Leadership Institutes for high school leaders as well as staff training for training processes.
Customized training
NCCJSTL provides customized training and consulting for corporations, schools, and other organizations to strengthen inclusion and empower leaders.
Dialogue, deliberation, and community-building initiatives
NCCJSTL conducts community dialogue events and promotes regional community-building initiatives to fight bias, bigotry and racism and promote understanding and respect.
