Jelena Todic

Jelena Todic, MSW, LCSW, received her graduate degree from George Warren Brown School of Social Work, with special focus on issues related to violence against women. She developed and currently coordinates the Bosnian Outreach Project for the AWARE program, a hospital based domestic violence program at Barnes-Jewish Hospital. In addition to outreach and direct practice with Bosnian women, Jelena also provides training and community education related to domestic violence, healthcare response to domestic violence, woman-centered provision of services, as well as issues related to working with immigrant communities.

Jelena has been involved with NCCJ-STL since 2000: three times as Anytown staff, two times as Anytown
co-director and currently as a facilitator and the Chair of the Program Strategies Committee.
