Lawrence E. Mooney

Larry Mooney:

Lawrence Mooney serves as a Judge of the Missouri Court of Appeals--Eastern District, He was appointed a judge in 1998, was retained by the voters in 2000 for a 12-year term, and served as Chief Judge in 2002-2003. Prior to his appointment, Mooney served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, First Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, and Executive Assistant to the County Executive, all in St. Louis County. He lives in Clayton with his partner, Dr. James D. Reid.
