Joseph B. Jordan III
 | Joseph Jordan has been appointed Interim Executive Director of NCCJSTL effective February 1, 2008. Joseph is tired of watching other young adults relocate to more "inclusive" cities and believes that his service as a board member of NCCJSTL can play a role in strengthening the St. Louis region, making it more inclusive and whole. Mr. Jordan is the principle of J. Jordan & Associates, L.L.C. His firm helps mid-size and large corporations manage internal diversity programs and policies, by representing diversity as an economically essential brand. Prior to starting his own company, Jordan spent the last 12 years in strategic marketing and sales. Most recently, he was Vice president of an architecture and construction firm specializing in the contemporary renovation of St. Louis structures. In addition to NCCJSTL's board, he is on the executive committees of the Diversity Awareness Partnership (DAP) and Aim High St. Louis. He also serves on the board or committees for the Minority Corporate Network, the Black Leadership Roundtable and the St. Louis Community College Foundation. Mr. Jordan earned his B.S. in psychology from Cornell University. |
Here's what Joseph has to say about NCCJSTL: "I would love for the NCCJSTL to continue having such an impact educating the public and coordinating successful diversity initiatives throughout this region, that some day soon, we'll become obsolete."
