Donna Jones

Donna C. Jones is a native St. Louisan, raised in University City, MO. Donna a former Xerox Corporation employee of 19 years currently owns her own event planning company, “A Cinderella Affair, Inc.” She started this company, because she wanted to help as many people as she could live their Cinderella life to the fullest as well as; enjoy “a Cinderella moment” in special events.

Donna attended undergraduate school at Ohio University, Athens, OH graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Organizational Communication – where she was awarded the “John Newton Templeton Award” for outstanding African American Senior Leader.

Donna was the first African American Female to serve as Vice President for the Ohio University Alumni Board of Directors. She received her Master’s Degree from Columbia University in New York with honors. While in New York, Donna served as the Volunteer Coordinator for the Winfield Foundation, an organization founded by Baseball Hall of famer, Dave Winfield.

Currently, Donna is very involved with her church and serves as the leader of the Think Tank Ministry for– St. Louis Christian Center. Donna is also the Chairman of the Affordable Housing Trust Fund for the City of St. Louis. Donna is committed to assisting others in having a purpose filled life. She enjoys traveling, music, playing the piano, reading and spending time with her son.

Donna’s motto is “work like you don’t need the money, dance like no one is looking and love like you have never been hurt”. Donna believes that each of us should strive to celebrate each other as well as ourselves.

Donna gives all of her success to her strong belief that God has made a way for all of us to succeed, if we believe, follow the path He has shown us, and stay on it.
