Philip Deitch, CDFT
Philip has been actively working for human rights since the 8th grade, and has participated in and facilitated a broad range of personal diversity training. He has worked with NCCJ St. Louis since 2004 when he was a participant in its week-long residential institute. Since then, as a Certified Diversity FaciliTrainer (CDFT)™, he has facilitated and trained on behalf of the organization and has served as a faculty member training and certifying new FaciliTrainers.
Philip has served on over 50 community boards, task forces, and coalitions addressing various issues with a focus on the concerns of minorities within the communities. Philip has a Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration with 20 years of experience as a hospital administrator, and since 1999 has been working as a financial advisor.
