Tom Schweizer has been a avid participant in NCCJSTL programming. As a result of his strong commitment to NCCJSTL's mission, he serves on the Board of Directors and as a facilitator for Building an Inclusive Community Workshops. Tom provides consulting services to nonprofits.
Tom currently is President of Best Practices Consulting. He previously served as Executive Director of Harris House, a residential program for men and women fighting the disease of alcoholism and substance abuse. Before joining Harris House in 2000, he was the Assistant Executive Director of Fair Saint Louis, and the Program Director Youth Leadership St. Louis. For the past 6 years, Tom has facilitated the Becoming a Love and Logic Parent for various parent, school and faith based groups. He has also taught Tikkun Olam (Repair the World) for the Shaare Emeth Religious School.
Tom also serves on the board of directors of the Wellness Community of St. Louis.
