Charisse Jackson, Program Director
Charisse manages program strategies in the St. Louis Region including delivery of training processes and work related to advocacy and research. Charisse's innovative approaches to relating awareness and critical change agency have strengthened programming that empowers leaders to change institutions and thereby transform community, making it more inclusive and just.

Cezarine McCall, Office Manager
Cece is responsible for the operation of the office and fiscal management. Working with staff and the Executive Director, Cece provides input for the development of budgets, tracks revenue and expenses and works with the NCCJSTL accountant to report and strengthen the organization's financial position.

Joseph B. Jordan III, Interim Executive Director
Joseph was appointed Interim Executive Director of NCCJSTL effective February 1, 2008, and will provid leadering to the organization until a new executive director is named.

Kitty Nangle, Resource Development
Kitty Nangle is responsible for working with the Executive Director and Resource Development Committee of the NCCJSTL board to staff events, major donor giving, and the FUTURES Campaign. Kitty adds valuable leadership to the process of building a strong "team" effort to strengthen all resource development activities of NCCJSTL.
