Anthony is the President of Beasley HR Group, a Human Resources consulting firm which assists small businesses and non-profits attracting and developing human capital. His 19 years of HR experience has helped him to serve his clients in the areas of recruiting strategies, policies and procedure development, writing effective job descriptions, on-boarding and developing employees.

Throughout his career in HR, Anthony has been involved either directly or indirectly with the diversity efforts of his employers and clients. He has worked in diversity and social justice with several professional and community based organizations as a board member, facilitator and consultant. His affiliation with NCCJ St. Louis began in 2011, earning the Diversity FaciliTrainer Certification (CDFT)™ in 2013. Since, Anthony has served as FaciliTrainer in BICs, FTCPs and Inclusion Institutes.
